This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk for Porter County, IN late tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Gusty winds are expected this afternoon and tonight both ahead of
and behind a strong cold front. Southerly gusts of 35 mph to
locally 40 mph are expected this afternoon and evening, followed
by west-northwest gusts to 35 mph after midnight tonight. The
strong winds will result in an elevated lakeshore flood risk for
the Porter County, Indiana shore late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Significant Lakeshore Flood Risk for Porter County, IN.

DISCUSSION:

Gusty winds will continue behind a cold front on Sunday, with
northwest gusts over 40 mph. This will also result in a
significant lakeshore flood risk for the Porter County, Indiana
shore on Sunday.
