This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Significant Frost and Freeze Risk outside Chicago tonight.
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Breezy and dry conditions through sunset will result in an
increased risk for the spread of brushfires.

Temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s and widespread frost
are expected tonight outside Chicago.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Friday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Significant Frost and Freeze Risk outside Chicago early.
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.
Saturday...
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Significant Fire Weather Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Windy and dry conditions during the daytime hours will again occur
on Friday and Saturday. Friday could have occasional gusts out of
the southwest up to or over 35 mph. Saturday will have very strong
winds out of the south with peak gusts up to 45 to 50 mph or more.
With the dry conditions in place, conditions will be favorable for
a rapid spread of brushfires or wildfires, especially on Saturday
when Critical Fire Weather conditions are possible.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
