This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Showers along with a few thunderstorms will be seen through mid
afternoon. Some showers or storms could produce locally strong wind
gusts to 50 mph and small hail. In addition, wind gusts of 40 to
possibly 45 mph are expected for a few hour period this afternoon
as winds shift northwest behind a cold front.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday and Wednesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A windy and dry setup will likely result in elevated to critical
fire weather conditions Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the northeast at 60 mph.
