...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY
MORNING...
The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Freeze
Watch, which is in effect from late Thursday night through Friday
morning.
* WHAT...Several hours of sub-freezing temperatures are possible
with forecast lows in the upper 20s to low 30s.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois and
northwest Indiana.
* WHEN...Late Thursday night into Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive outdoor
vegetation if left uncovered.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
