Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION:

Strong east northeasterly winds will develop Thursday morning
with sustained speeds in the 15 to 20 mph range and gusts
approaching 30 mph for much of the day. This could cause some
minor lakeshore flooding across Lake and Cook counties in
Illinois and Lake County in Indiana.
