This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk in the morning.

DISCUSSION...

Waves up to 8 feet will continue this morning for the Cook County
and northwest Indiana shorelines, resulting in moderate lakeshore
flooding and exacerbating beach erosion due to high lake levels.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Saturday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Sunday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk in northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION:

Gusty winds are expected this weekend, with southerly gusts to 35
mph Saturday and westerly gusts over 40 mph Sunday. This will
also result in a lakeshore flood risk for portions of the
northwest Indiana shore on Sunday.
