This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible this morning and may
produce locally heavy rain. Additional isolated to scattered
thunderstorms are possible again this afternoon and tonight and
may produce locally heavy rain.

Strong northeast winds will create high waves and dangerous
swimming conditions at Lake Michigan beaches. The high waves will
result in the potential for lake shore flooding along the Illinois
Lake Michigan shore.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday...
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
High Swim Risk.
Thursday...
High Swim Risk.
Friday and Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.
Monday...
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Northeast winds will continue Wednesday and Thursday creating
dangerous swimming conditions at Lake Michigan beaches.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
