This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central Illinois…Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE…This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected…

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.  Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.  Limited Snow Risk northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION…

Snow across the northwest Indiana shore will shift farther east tonight. High waves across the southern tip of Lake Michigan will also ease this evening. Wind chill values will drop below zero across the areas hardest hit by snowfall, largely north and west of Chicago.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday night…

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.

Saturday…

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
