THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Significant Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Tornado Risk.
Elevated Hail Risk...up to quarter size.
Elevated Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk...up to 60 MPH.
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Flooding is likely along portions of the Fox, Des Plaines, and
North Branch Chicago rivers.
DISCUSSION:
Scattered thunderstorms may redevelop late this evening and
overnight with a resulting severe weather risk with some of the
stronger storms. Training thunderstorms could produce additional
flooding.
