WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...SOME MAY PRODUCE:
SMALL HAIL.
HEAVY RAIN.
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
AREAS AFFECTED AND TIMING:
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON...MAINLY
SOUTH OF I-80. SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL SPREAD NORTH AND LIKELY
INCREASE IN COVERAGE TONIGHT.
DISCUSSION:
A COLD FRONT WILL SINK SOUTH AND STALL OVER CENTRAL ILLINOIS
THIS AFTERNOON. THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP ALONG
THE FRONT. A DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA LATE THIS
EVENING INTO TONIGHT LEADING TO ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS.
LITTLE IF ANY SEVERE WEATHER IS ANTICIPATED.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
PERIODIC CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS EXIST TUESDAY THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...THEN AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
