below zero tonight into Monday morning.

Wednesday and Thursday...
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A stretch of bitterly cold weather through Tuesday will be
accompanied by dangerously cold wind chills of -20 degrees or
colder at times, especially Monday morning as well as Monday
night into Tuesday morning.
