DISCUSSION...
There is a slight chance of a thunderstorm after midnight
tonight, mainly south of Interstate 80.
Rain falling on frozen ground could lead to localized
flooding of low-lying and flood-prone areas late tonight.
Locally dense fog may develop tonight in some areas.

Elevated Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk in the morning.

DISCUSSION...
Rain, possibly heavy at times, is expected Friday morning.
Localized rainfall totals of an inch or more are possible Friday
morning, which would likely result in flooding of low-lying and
flood-prone areas, as well as the potential for isolated ice jam
flooding on area rivers. Isolated thunderstorms and locally dense
fog may persist through mid-morning as well.
The risk for isolated break-up ice jam flooding could continue
over the weekend.
