Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Sunday Night through Wednesday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
DISCUSSION...
A stretch of bitterly cold weather Sunday through Wednesday will
be accompanied by dangerously cold wind chills of -20 degrees or
colder at times, especially Sunday night into Monday morning and
Monday night into Tuesday morning.
