DISCUSSION...
Accumulating snow is likely for much of the Chicago metro and
areas around and east of I-55 late Thursday night into Friday
afternoon, with slippery conditions possible during the Friday
morning commute.
Accumulating snow is then possible on Sunday ahead of a period of
arctic air crossing the area early next week which will provide
single digit temperatures and wind chills to -10 degrees Monday
night into Tuesday morning.
