Limited Flooding Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Portions of the outlook area could see rainfall amounts of a half
inch to an inch late Thursday into Friday. Given the frozen ground,
this rainfall could result in minor flooding and standing water in
low-lying and flood prone areas and could also lead to water rises
on area rivers, resulting in potential isolated ice jam flooding.
The risk for isolated break-up ice jam flooding could continue
over the weekend.
