* At 840 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Hebron to near Woodstock to near Genoa, moving
east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Trained Weather Spotter. This storm has had a history of
60 to 70 mph wind gusts and tree damage.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Elgin, Waukegan, Arlington Heights, Evanston, Schaumburg, Palatine,
Skokie, Des Plaines, Mount Prospect, Hoffman Estates, Glenview,
