DISCUSSION:

Gusty winds are expected early this week as a strong low shifts
from the Dakotas to Hudson Bay. Thunderstorms are expected ahead
of the low's cold front Monday afternoon and night. Some of the
storms could be severe with damaging winds tomorrow evening.
