THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.
.DAY ONE...Tonight.
Minor river flooding is occurring or forecast to occur.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk south of I-80.
Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Strong storm systems containing high amounts of moisture could
impact the area Monday through Monday night and Wednesday through
Thursday. Depending on the track and strength of these potential
low pressure systems, heavy rain and significant rainfall amounts
are possible.
In addition...minor flooding is expected to persist through the
weekend and into next week along sections of many area rivers.
