NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.    .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.    WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:    Limited Thunderstorm Risk.    Significant Fog Risk.    DISCUSSION:    Dense fog is likely through mid morning across portions of  northern Illinois and northwest Indiana.    Isolated thunderstorms are possible across much of the outlook  area tonight. Severe weather is not expected.    .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.    Thursday...    Limited Flooding Risk.    Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.    Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.    DISCUSSION:    Scattered thunderstorms are possible across the entire outlook  area Thursday and Thursday night. Some of the thunderstorms may   become strong to severe Thursday afternoon through Thursday   evening, mainly along and south of the Kankakee River in east   central Illinois and northwest Indiana. Heavy rain, hail, and  damaging winds are the main threats at this time.    .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...    Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
