ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM CST
THURSDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...WILL DROP TO 20 TO 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
OVERNIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT THE WIND WILL COMBINE WITH THE
VERY COLD AIR TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
