TAPERING OFF QUICKLY FROM THE WEST WEDNESDAY MORNING.

SNOW ACCUMULATION OF SEVERAL INCHES IS LIKELY...WITH AMOUNTS
EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES NEAR THE WISCONSIN STATE LINE
TO 3 TO 5 INCHES SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE 88 CORRIDOR. HEAVIER
AMOUNTS OF SIX INCHES OR MORE ARE LIKELY GENERALLY SOUTH OF THE
ILLINOIS AND KANKAKEE RIVER VALLEYS...WHERE A WINTER STORM WATCH
REMAINS IN EFFECT.

ROADS WILL LIKELY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY BY TUESDAY
NIGHT...WITH TRAVEL LIKELY TO BE IMPACTED INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.
IN ADDITION...GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS TUESDAY NIGHT AND
EARLY WEDNESDAY WILL LIKELY PRODUCE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW
