RIVER VALLEY. THE HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS...POTENTIALLY OVER SIX
INCHES...ARE FAVORED SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80...WITH GRADUALLY
LOWERING AMOUNTS FORECAST TOWARD THE WISCONSIN STATE LINE.
ARCTIC AIR WILL RETURN TO THE MIDWEST IN THE WAKE OF THE MID WEEK
STORM SYSTEM. WIND CHILL READINGS WILL LIKELY APPROACH 20 TO 25
BELOW ZERO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...AND AGAIN EARLY FRIDAY
MORNING.
