WIND CHILL VALUES OF 20 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ARE EXPECTED AREA WIDE
THIS MORNING.

LOCALIZED RIVER FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG PORTIONS OF THE
ILLINOIS...IROQUOIS AND KANKAKEE RIVERS AND ALONG SUGAR CREEK.
THERE IS AN INCREASED RISK OF LOCALIZED FLOODING DUE TO ICE JAMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

WIND CHILLS OF 20 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE AREA WIDE
AGAIN THURSDAY MORNING. SOME AREAS ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
WEST OF THE FOX RIVER VALLEY MAY SEE WIND CHILLS OF 20 TO 25 BELOW
FRIDAY MORNING.
