Snow, heavy at times, is expected Wednesday, especially during
the afternoon and evening. A few to several inches are possible.
The snow may mix with or change to freezing drizzle before ending
Wednesday evening.

Wind chills as low as 10 below zero are possible Friday morning.

Accumulating snow is possible Friday night and Saturday.

Wind chills as low as 20 below zero are possible Sunday night and
Monday morning.
