DISCUSSION...
Gusty northwest winds will develop by afternoon behind an area of
low pressure which will move through the area this morning.
Strongest winds are expected to be mainly south of a Rockford to
Rensselaer line, where gusts around 40 mph are possible.
Areas of frost are possible after midnight tonight, mainly north
of the I-88 corridor in northern Illinois outside of the core of
the Chicago metro area.
