DISCUSSION...

There is increasing potential that another intense storm system
will track into the Upper Midwest late Tuesday into Tuesday night.
While questions remain with the overall evolution of this system,
the potential for another round of severe thunderstorms, heavy
rain and strong gusty winds exist across the region Tuesday
afternoon and night.
