DISCUSSION...
Dry and unseasonably warm conditions are expected to lead to
an increased risk for the faster spread of brush and grass fires
on Wednesday and Thursday. Windy conditions on Wednesday will
create conditions favorable for the rapid spread of brush fires
and make them more difficult to control. While not as windy as
Wednesday, breezy and dry conditions Thursday will continue to
present an elevated risk for quickly spreading brush fires.
