This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Damaging Wind Risk...up to 60 mph.

DISCUSSION...

There is a slight chance of a thunderstorm today into this
evening. The chance of thunderstorms will increase after midnight
tonight, especially west of a Crystal Lake to Peru line. Some of
the storms tonight could produce strong wind gusts, possibly up to
60 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Saturday night and again Sunday night...
Limited Freeze Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A period or two of showers and thunderstorms is expected Thursday
and Thursday evening. If temperatures warm well into the 70s or
lower 80s, then some of the thunderstorms could be strong to
severe later Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening.

Southerly winds could gusts to around 40 mph Thursday afternoon.

Spotters are not expected to be needed.
