Significant Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Elevated Tornado Risk.
Elevated Hail Risk...up to golf ball size.
Elevated Damaging Wind Risk...up to 70 mph.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are expected this morning
through early afternoon. The main severe threats will be from
damaging wind gusts and large hail. A few tornadoes are also
possible. The severe threat is expected to exit our area by early
this afternoon.
Non-thunderstorm winds gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected today.
