...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM CST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with occasional gusts up to 45
mph. Winds will gradually diminish late this evening through the
predawn hours of early Wednesday.
* WHERE..Winnebago, Boone, mcHenry, Lake, De Kalb, Kane, DuPage,
Northern and Central Cook Counties.
* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects,
including tents and holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be
blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel will be
hazardous for high profile vehicles, especially on west to
east roads.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
