This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.
Significant Lakeshore Flood Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A lake effect snow band in place across northern Indiana may
shift west and drop a couple inches of snow in portions of
Porter County tonight.

North winds this evening will gust as high as 40 mph along the
Lake Michigan shoreline and to 35 mph inland. These strong winds
have produced large waves on Lake Michigan which may lead to
lakeshore flooding and erosion along the Indiana and Illinois
shorelines. The worst conditions are expected across northwest
Indiana.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
