This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Snow Risk late tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Snow is expected to develop from southwest to northeast over the
area after midnight tonight. The snow could fall at a moderate to
heavy rate for a period towards daybreak Tuesday. This looks to
result in some accumulations and possible impacts to the Tuesday
morning commute, especially away from Lake Michigan and north of
I-80.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
Limited Snow Risk.
Limited Fog Risk late at night.
Wednesday...
Limited Fog Risk in the morning.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Snow will continue early Tuesday morning before changing to rain
from south to north from the mid to late morning through early
afternoon. Patchy fog is then possible late Tuesday night into
Wednesday morning, some of which could be dense.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
