DISCUSSION:

A developing strong storm system will pass southeast of the area

strong north winds late Sunday night into Monday night. This will
lead to a potentially extended lakeshore flood event for the
northwest Indiana shoreline, with some impacts also likely along
the Illinois shore.

Meanwhile, accumulating lake effect snow is likely for northwest
Indiana late Sunday night into early Tuesday morning. This snow
may briefly brush areas long the Illinois shore on Monday.
