This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Fog Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Patchy dense fog is possible through early to mid evening,
primarily west of a Streator to Hebron Illinois line.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible late this evening and
overnight. Severe weather is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Monday and Tuesday...
Limited Snow Risk Monday night into early Tuesday.

DISCUSSION:

Isolated thunderstorms are possible Sunday morning along and
southeast of a Kankakee to Gary line. Isolated thunderstorms are
again possible Sunday evening along and southeast of a Streator to
Antioch line. Severe weather is not expected.

There is an increasing likelihood for a period of snow with minor
accumulations Monday night into early Tuesday, which could cause
some travel impacts on New Year's Eve day.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the northeast at 40 to 45 mph.
