This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...
Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk.
Elevated Fog Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Areas of dense fog are likely this morning, especially along and
north of the I-88 corridor in northern Illinois.
A rain snow mix or patches of all snow are likely this morning
through midday, but are expected to change over to all snow later
this afternoon into the evening. Some minor slushy accumulation
is possible, especially this evening.
Strong northerly winds tonight will result in building wave
action and likely cause additional lakeshore flooding for the
Illinois and Indiana shores of Lake Michigan.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
Monday...
Limited Snow Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Lake effect snow is likely for locations across northwest Indiana
Monday morning, with additional minor snow accumulations
possible.
The stronger northerly winds Monday morning are expected to
diminish through midday, with the higher wave action and lakeshore
flooding subsiding Monday afternoon.
