RAINFALL WITH STORM TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 1 AND 3
INCHES PROBABLE...AND ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* FLOODING OF CREEKS...STREAMS...LOW LYING AREAS...ROADS...AND
