Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Level 1 of 5 Damaging Wind Risk...up to 60 mph.
Level 1 of 5 Large Hail Risk...up to quarter size.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms will likely move into northern Illinois
after midnight tonight. A few of these storms may be strong to
severe, with damaging winds the primary severe threat. Storms
should weaken with eastward extent, with the greatest potential of
isolated severe weather along and west of the I-39 corridor.

Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Level 1 of 5 Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Sunday into Monday...
High Swim Risk Lake Michigan Beaches.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Friday
afternoon, mainly southeast of a Peru Illinois to Chicago line.

Dangerous swimming conditions are expected Sunday into Labor Day
at Lake Michigan beaches.
