DISCUSSION...
Storm system to bring periods of steady rain late tonight through
Friday night. The combination of steady rainfall and elevated
soil moisture may lead to flooding of low-lying areas and runoff
which may cause area rivers to reach bankfull conditions.
Isolated thunderstorms are also possible on Friday mainly for
areas south of I-80.
