DISCUSSION...
Periods of rain will continue through this evening. The
combination of rainfall and elevated soil moisture will lead to
runoff that may cause area rivers to reach bankfull and may also
lead to ponding or minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage
areas. The greatest potential for minor flooding appears to be
near and southeast of I-55.
