DISCUSSION...
Areas of dense fog will persist this morning, especially across
interior sections of northern Illinois, along with portions of
northwestern Indiana. Where temperatures are at or slightly below
freezing, the fog may lead to some patchy slick spots on roads,
parking lots and sidewalks.
Localized river flooding will continue on portions of the
Illinois River.
