Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday afternoon...
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.
Monday night...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk, mainly east of I-55.
Tuesday afternoon and evening...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Record breaking temperatures, very dry conditions, and strong
southerly winds will lead to a elevated wild fire danger Monday
afternoon.

A strong, spring-like storm system will impact the central part
of the country on Tuesday into Wednesday of next week. Ingredients
may come together to support a threat for strong to severe
thunderstorms late Tuesday afternoon and evening.
