DISCUSSION...
Strong southerly wind gusts to 40 mph are expected Thursday
afternoon and evening.
There is an isolated strong to severe thunderstorm risk for strong
gusty winds late Thursday afternoon and evening primarily west of
the Fox River Valley.
Localized river flooding will continue on portions of the
Illinois River.
