DISCUSSION...

Areas of fog may redevelop late tonight and persist into Tuesday
morning. Some of this fog may become dense in spots. Dense for
which develops where temperatures are at or slightly below
freezing may result in patchy slick spots on roads, parking lots
and sidewalks.

Localized river flooding will continue on portions of the
Illinois River.
