Areas of fog and freezing fog, dense at times, will persist
this morning. Patchy slick travel may develop where temperatures
fall below freezing.

tonight into Tuesday morning. Patchy slick travel may once again
develop where temperatures fall below freezing.

Localized river flooding will continue on portions of the
Illinois River.
