Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A few thunderstorms are possible this afternoon along and south
of a Dixon to Kankakee to Rensselaer line.

Waves building up to 5 feet will create dangerous swimming
conditions at Illinois and Indiana Lake Michigan beaches this
evening and overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Saturday...
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Sunday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Monday and Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A slow-moving disturbance on Saturday will bring the potential
for heavy rainfall, which could result in instances of flash
flooding, especially along and south of I-80.

Severe thunderstorms are then possible Sunday evening.
