Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk over northwestern IN
Limited Flooding Risk mainly south of I-80 into northwestern IN.
High Swim Risk Northeastern IL Lake Michigan Shore

DISCUSSION...

Periods of showers will continue across eastern Illinois and
northwestern IN tonight. While some locally moderate to heavy
rainfall will be possible, the heaviest rainfall and associated flood
threat is diminishing.

Building waves on southern Lake Michigan will result in a high
swim risk at northeastern Illinois area beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk well south of I-80 during the evening.
Limited Flooding Risk at night.
High Swim Risk at the northeastern Illinois Lake Michigan Shore
Monday...
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk Lake Michigan Shore
Wednesday through Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Additional locally heavy rainfall is possible across the area
late Sunday into Monday. Severe thunderstorms are possible Sunday
evening, mainly well south of the I-80 corridor.

Hazardous swimming conditions will continue Sunday at northeastern
Illinois Lake Michigan beaches. These hazardous swim conditions
may then shift into the northwestern Indiana beaches on Monday.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
