...DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST /10 AM
EST/ THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Visibility less than one quarter mile in dense fog with
some spots less than 100 feet.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST /10 AM EST/ this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
Slick spots may develop on roads were temperatures are around or
below freezing, especially on bridges and overpasses.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Reduced visibility will make travel
conditions hazardous for the morning commute. Fog may persist
through midday.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
