DISCUSSION:
A vigorous upper level disturbance will affect the outlook area
Friday afternoon and Friday night. Scattered rain and snow showers
will develop Friday afternoon, changing to all snow showers Friday
night. The more intense showers will be capable of producing wind
gusts over 40 mph and graupel, or small soft hail.
