This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered rain showers, mixed with small ice pellets, will transition
to snow showers by early evening. Some of these showers will produce
lightning, gusty winds of 55 to 60 mph and brief heavy snow rates
into this evening. Gusty winds to 45 mph are also expected through the
evening outside of the showers, and may be enough to down small
limbs. Sharply reduced visibility will also be likely with any of the
more vigorous snow showers and squalls this evening.
