DISCUSSION:
A strengthening weather system will pass over the region Tuesday
night through Thursday bringing windy and wet conditions. Gusts
exceeding 40 mph are possible. During Tuesday night through
Wednesday evening, there is also a chance of thunderstorms. A
few storms could produce small hail and near severe wind gusts.
Heavy rainfall is also likely at times during Wednesday.
